What do you think? Should I take her?
I'll have to build her a bigger box. |

dude I would! but I do stupid shit all the time. my friend had one, it would cling on their screen (the window) to sun itself. You'll need a rather big tank though, then need a bit of space when they are large...I don't know how big though. 10-20 gallon is too small if I remember correctly. |

i used to be acquainted with a bearded dragon named max. he was cool, but he would freak you out. he was allowed to roam free in his owners' living room, and sometimes you would be a bit inebriated and he would be sitting there, completely still for hours, and then suddenly run at you! AAAAAHHHHH! |

She's about 17 inches right now. I want to take her but I don't know if I can devote the time. She would have to be handled every day so as not to get bored. Fed bugs for 15 minutes twice a day. Misted with water twice a day because you don't want the standing water to raise the humidity or grow bacteria. And if I get home late one day and feed her I'll have to leave the heat lamps on for an extra 2 hours before bed to make sure she warms enough to digest.
I would love it if I could take her but it just seems like I don't have the extra time. I'm already devoting what I have to my fish.
Anyone else interested? You can look up a couple caresheets at beardeddragon.org. |

Need good heaters for the winter...electricity might add up. Otherwise, get a good UV source and go for it! |

You could put lights and the mister on a timer. But taking on a lot of hobbies is what I do badly, so I am not trying to talk you into it. |

Well, she's been interacting with a cat quite well lately.
But no, I don't want that thing. |

It's because that cat is cool. The ones she sees at work are strays and very skittish so they usually just bolt and that makes her want to chase. |
