Yeah we had one of those...it's called a length of black hose between the filter and the pool  |

All our filter lines are buried so no help there. So far I built a box and have a glass lid for it. I'm just waiting for someone to hook me up with some free copper pipes and i'll need to find a 30 x30 metal heatsink. |

Copper is pricey I hear. Maybe some old hot water heat baseboard? With the fins on it and everything. |
