Caribbean Theme. I love me some Jerk Chicken.
We can all dress up like Pirates and drink rum.

Cajun Theme. Gumbo, Bourbon, Blackened food and whatnot.

Tokyo theme. Sushi, Hibachi, Geishas, Sake and Nintendo Wii.

English/Irish food would be fun, I do have an authentic Steak and Kidney Pie recipe I want to try out, but I don't think we can afford the beef this year! What about just calling it an Asian potluck, that way everybody could do whatev'...Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Siberian, ya know...

you know, that's a good thought...but maybe for new year's day or something.

i might have to work a few hours....but it's the type of stuff where i don't have to, ah, have my mind in the game too much.
